1. Geographic Restriction & Order Fulfillment

Colorwell PH operates exclusively within Davao City, Philippines.

  • Scope of Service: We do not offer nationwide or international shipping. Our products and delivery services are strictly reserved for residents with valid delivery addresses within Davao City limits.

  • Out-of-Zone Orders: Any order placed with a shipping or delivery address outside of our designated Davao City service zone will be automatically canceled. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable third-party transaction fees incurred.

2. Limited Stock & Inventory Policy

We specialize in sourcing premium, curated creative tools, which means our inventory is highly limited.

  • Availability: All items displayed on our website are subject to availability. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the stock or guarantee a purchase.

  • Inventory Discrepancies: In the rare event of an unexpected stock shortage or database error after an order has been placed, Colorwell PH reserves the right to cancel the unavailable portion of the order. We will notify you immediately to offer an alternative item or issue a prompt, full refund for the missing product. Colorwell PH is not liable for any perceived damages or missed deadlines resulting from stock shortages.

3. Delivery Estimates & Liability

We offer Economy, Standard, and Express delivery tiers to support your creative workflow.

  • Estimates Only: All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are strictly estimates. While we strive to meet every deadline, Colorwell PH is not legally responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, local traffic disruptions, rider availability, or incomplete address/contact information provided by the customer.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss, damage, or degradation of physical art supplies (such as punctured tubes or spilled mediums) passes to the customer immediately upon successful drop-off at the designated delivery address or to the customer’s authorized representative.

4. Product Use & Safety

  • Intended Use: The products sold by Colorwell PH are specialized art supplies intended for creative and artistic use. Customers are responsible for reviewing safety labels (such as ACMI AP non-toxic seals or lightfastness ratings) before use.

  • Liability Limit: Colorwell PH is not responsible for any damage to property, clothing, or artwork, nor any adverse physical reactions resulting from the misuse or handling of the paints, chemicals, brushes, or mediums purchased from our store.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and product descriptions displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Colorwell PH. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of our store layout or content for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications to Prices and Services

Prices for our art supplies and delivery rates are subject to change without prior notice. Colorwell PH reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or delivery tier at any time.
